Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the ChaloOffice application ("Platform"), you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Verification

ChaloOffice is exclusively for verified corporate employees. You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Be currently employed at a verifiable corporate entity.
• Provide accurate corporate email and government ID for KYC verification.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or whose corporate employment can no longer be verified.

4. Platform Fees & Payments

• ChaloOffice takes 0% commission from the ride fare set by the Driver.
• Passengers pay a non-refundable flat Tech Platform Fee of ₹5 per completed ride.
• All payments must be completed within the app via Razorpay. Offline cash settlements are prohibited as they bypass our safety audit trails.

5. User Conduct & Mutual Respect

All users must maintain professional, respectful behaviour. The following will result in immediate permanent bans:

• Harassment, discrimination, or abusive language.
• Unsafe driving practices, driving under the influence, or speeding.
• Cancelling rides repeatedly without valid reasons.
• Bypassing the app to arrange rides or payments.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we mandate KYC and provide SOS tracking, ChaloOffice acts purely as an intermediary software platform connecting colleagues. We do not employ the drivers or own the vehicles. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that occur during a ride arranged through the Platform.
