Safety First.
Enterprise-grade protection for every corporate commute — from signup to drop-off.
We built ChaloOffice because existing ride-hailing apps and unverified WhatsApp carpool groups compromised on passenger safety. Every design decision we make starts with one question: does this make the commute safer?
Four layers of safety.
Every user must verify their official work email address and upload a valid Government ID (Aadhaar or PAN) before they can view or post rides. A ChaloOffice admin manually reviews each account. There are zero anonymous users on the platform.
The moment a ride begins, the driver's phone broadcasts high-frequency GPS data. Passengers see the driver's exact position in real time and can share a live tracking link with family via WhatsApp — no app install needed.
The ride screen features a permanent SOS button. Tapping it instantly dials the National Emergency number (112) or local Police (100), and simultaneously shares the passenger's live GPS coordinates to our 24/7 incident response desk.
After every completed ride, both driver and passenger rate each other on a 1-to-5 star scale. Any account whose average drops below 3.5 stars is automatically suspended and flagged for admin review — bad actors do not last on ChaloOffice.
Use the SOS button in the app, or dial these numbers from any phone — no app needed.
