We're sorry to see you go. Please review the information below before requesting account deletion.
Your account will be locked. You will not be able to host or book rides.
You can cancel the deletion request anytime from the app and restore your account instantly.
Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.
Anonymous rating values are kept to preserve ride integrity for other users. No personally identifiable information is retained after deletion.
Financial transaction logs may be retained for up to 180 days as required by Indian tax and payment regulations.
Pre-deletion Checklist
You cannot delete your account while you have active ride bookings.
Transfer any remaining wallet balance before requesting deletion.
Ensure no upcoming rides have confirmed passengers.
Open the ChaloOffice app and go to Profile.
Scroll down and tap "Delete My Account".
Select your reason and confirm the deletion request.
Your account enters a 14-day grace period. Cancel anytime to restore.
