1. Information We Collect
We are a closed-network corporate platform. To ensure the safety of all riders, we collect:
- Identity Data: Official work email address, Corporate ID card, and Government-issued ID (Aadhaar or PAN) for KYC.
- Ride Data: GPS coordinates during active rides, pickup/drop-off locations, and timestamps.
- Device Data: IP address, device model, and OS version for fraud prevention.
2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used strictly for facilitating secure rides:
- To verify you are currently employed at a registered corporate entity.
- To match you with colleagues traveling similar routes.
- To provide live tracking for safety and emergency (SOS) purposes.
- To calculate and process payments via Razorpay.
3. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your data. Never have, never will.
We only share necessary data with:
- Other Verified Riders: Your name, company, profile photo, and route are visible to potential ride matches within the app.
- Service Providers: Razorpay (payments), AWS (hosting), and Mapbox / Google Maps (routing).
- Law Enforcement: Only if compelled by a valid legal subpoena or during an active SOS emergency trigger.
4. Your DPDP Act Rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (2023), you have the right to:
- Access all personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to be Forgotten: Delete your account at any time from app settings. Account deletion permanently erases your identity documents and ride history from our active servers within 14 days, subject to legal compliance hold periods for financial transactions.
